About Us

Terri has 20+ years experience in persuasive design. She received a BFA from Rosemont College and an Associates at The Art Institute of Philadelphia. Early in her career, she was focused on desktop publishing and ad design, while fostering her creativity through video production and animation. By 1996, while working at Zeneca Pharmaceuticals as a deskstop publisher and graphic designer, she was approached by an internal R&D group to help them design a website. She was then promoted to the internal web development team. Within this team, Terri built several brand-specific websites, working closely with marketing teams to ensure seamless brand marketing, and was heavily involved during the Astra-Zeneca merger. In 2000, she went on to work with a start up company, InvestorForce, developing a large institutional investor website initiative. She helped establish Surreal Concepts as a preferred vendor creating flash banner ads and a corporate overview video. The highlight of working with InvestorForce was consulting their partner group in NYC with co-branding support.

Terri is engaged in all functions in a design/marketing business by managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and communicating well with her clients. Michael has over 13 years of experience of successfully running a digital design agency, and 2 1/2 years experience as a lead web developer and tech lead for the largest health care professional account. His strongest skills are in client relationships, project management, and team leadership in the tech field. This is accomplished by developing business solutions through a common sense approach: hard work, research, intelligence and excellent communication skills. He covers all the bases of a project and foresees all possibilities of a project. He has a combined 20 years in experience in management and leadership abilities.
